Eggs in Purgatory

Uncle Steve’s organic sauce will make our favorite breakfast, Eggs in Purgatory, in under 15 minutes. This is a quick and delicious dish where you are cooking eggs right in Uncle Steve’s spicy Arrabiata sauce. Traditionally the dish was baked in the oven, but our stove top version will get you fueled up for your day in under ten minutes.

INGREDIENTS

Heat sauce in 10-inch cast iron skillet over medium high heat. When it starts to simmer, crack eggs into a cup, one by one, and gently pour them on top of sauce.

Remove eggs from pan with a large spoon. Smother with sauce. Serve hot.
